Do nothing, because RIDDLES THREE are hard.
GATHER WHAT YE CAN about the designer of this security panel.
They ran out of room for letters...
A to K are all there.
L is skipped - the whole bottom row probably shifted left once they found out. M didn't get bumped, though.
M-R are all there.
We then can assume they *had* S next... but removed it. T,U stay, V is gone, W remains.
Then they wrap back around, and replace *needed* letters (X) ontop of *unneeded* letters.
This leaves us with...
NOT IN ANY ANSWER: L,V,W,Y,Z
MUST BE USED SOMEWHERE: M,S,X
